Our planned AFC program is being developed to provide individualized assistance based on each resident's assessed needs, abilities, preferences, and personal goals.
Support may include assistance with daily living, personal care, medication-related support, household routines, community participation, appointments, skill development, and other areas appropriate to the individual's plan of care and the home's approved program.

Planning for Future Referrals
Purpose Driven Living LLC welcomes inquiries from families, guardians, case managers, support coordinators, community organizations, and other potential referral partners interested in learning about our developing AFC program.
We are currently completing the process required to operate as a Michigan Adult Foster Care home and are not yet accepting resident placements.
