Future Opportunities

Direct Care Staff / Direct Support Professionals
Providing individualized assistance, supervision, encouragement, and support with everyday living.
Lead / Senior Direct Care Staff
Supporting resident care, daily operations, documentation, team communication, and staff guidance.
Administrative & Operational Support
Supporting scheduling, documentation, records, compliance, training, and other operational needs.

Employment Requirements
Employment requirements will depend on the position and applicable Michigan Adult Foster Care requirements. Candidates may be required to successfully complete applicable background checks, health and physical requirements, required training, CPR/First Aid certification, orientation, and other employment or regulatory requirements before working independently with residents. Specific qualifications and requirements will be provided with each job posting.

Purpose Driven Living believes employees should receive the knowledge, training, resources, and expectations necessary to perform their roles confidently and responsibly.
Team members will receive applicable orientation and training related to their position, resident needs, safety, emergency procedures, documentation, individual rights, person-centered support, and other required areas.
